Like its sister bow rider, the Sea Ray 190 Closed Bow is a complete boat, motor, and color-matched trailer package. It features the powerful 190 horsepower Alpha I MCM sterndrive for plenty of skiing and cruising speed. The 190 Closed Bow offers the luxury of customization with a choice of three seating plans. The standard arrangement features two swivel bucket seats, a fiberglass aft bench seat with carpeted storage below and a roomy aft sunpad with an easy, gas-assisted lift. In the first of two optional seating plans, the port bucket seat is replaced by an adjustable back-to-back lounger. There's also a hinged motorbox with a positive latch and high-low aft jump seats that form a sunpad. The second option has two back-to-back lounger seats and the same aft motorbox jump seats. Besides a choice of seating arrangements, the 190 Closed Bow also boasts several cockpit luxuries that make it the ultimate sport boat package. There's an insulated ice chest built in to the custom soft-touch dash, beverage holders, molded side panels with integral armrests, marine-grade carpet, and vinyl that resists fading and feels as great as it looks. The insulated engine compartment provides a quiet ride, or if it's time to pump up the volume, crank the Clarion AM-FM digital cassette stereo with two waterproof speakers and cockpit remote control. A custom tinted, three-piece curved glass windshield and Sunbrella convertible top with concealed top storage make sure the ride on the 190 Closed Bow stays dry even if the weather isn't. Like every Sea Ray sport boat, storage space is designed to be plentiful, yet inconspicuous. There are compartments in the cockpit side panels as well as a ski and kneeboard storage compartment with vinyl matting to eliminate mold and mildew problems. There's also a large storage area beneath the foredeck to help keep the cockpit clutter-free. The 190 Closed Bow has all the best technical systems, like power steering, power tilt and trim, and an array of Sea Ray's Midnight Legend gauges with anti-glare coating for improved visibility, even at night. It also comes with state-of-the-art illuminated weatherproof rocker switches. The longevity and resale value of the 190 Closed Bow are enhanced by the use of high-performance vinylester resin, a pearl colored gelcoat on the hull, gelcoated graphics in red, blue or green (a black and gold tape package is also available) and an integral fiberglass floor system. Added touches for swimmers and skiers, like a stainless steel swim ladder (with three rungs instead of two) and an injection-molded ski hatch make the 190 Closed Bow a truly useful sport boat. Even the custom trailer reflects Sea Ray's dedication to quality with free-backing hydraulic surge brakes, a tongue jack, and Sure Lube bearing protection. There's also an abundant list of options to make an all-time great sport boat even better.
