Yacht Works Key Largo features the entire selection of Blackfin, Everglades, Tidewater and True North brands. We represent the finest luxury fishing boats available today. The new Everglades 395cc offers next-level luxury combined with hardcore fishability. Everglades Boats are built from 23' to 45'. Everglades is continuing its march of innovation introducing the 285cc, the 315cc and the amazing 375cc which has become a real game changer. Blackfin Boats
Blackfin has built its first in a series of new Hybrid Bay boats built for any adventure — the HB series. Currently the 262HB is the first of the series, to be followed shortly by the 242HB. This first Blackfin hybrid will also incorporate an upper station as an option. Blackfin Boats feature amazing luxury and feature-rich models as well as cutting edge technology. Mercury engines and the Mercury Joystick system are offered on all boats. Blackfin builds boats from 22' to 40'.
True North Yachts
Yacht Works is proud to represent True North Yachts — an outboard powered, downeast style yacht that will go anywhere in all-weather comfort, providing overnight accommodations in a spacious and well-designed interior. The True North 34 Outboard Express features two zones of air-conditioning as well as an optional diesel heater. Seakeeper, Zipwake Trim Control and a bow thruster are all available options. True North currently offers both 34 and 39 Outboard Express models. The 34 is available to see by appointment at our Tavernier location.
Tidewater Boats
New for 2026, Yacht Works is proud to add Tidewater Boats to our lineup. Tidewater builds a variety of center console and bay boat options from 18' to 38'. They also build the world's largest and coolest bay boat — the 3100 CB. Whether you are fishing the flats or heading offshore, Tidewater has a model for every adventure.

Yacht Works Key Largo excels at service after the sale. Our experienced service team shines at providing consistent knowledge and expertise. Our on-site service facility allows us to do all our own rigging in-house. We are a Yamaha Five Star Gold dealer with Factory Trained technicians and a certified Mercury Marine dealer as well.
